Upstage Media is a fast-growing agency at the intersection of PR, social media marketing, personal branding, and U.S. immigration petition services (EB-1A & O-1). We help founders, executives, creatives, and global professionals build the public credibility they need — whether the goal is media visibility, a stronger personal brand, or qualifying as "extraordinary ability" under U.S. immigration law.
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who can own paid acquisition across our service lines and turn ad spend into qualified consultations and retainer clients.
What We're Looking For
- Proven expertise running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads at scale, with hands-on experience managing ₹2–5 crore+ in cumulative ad spend.
- Strong track record marketing agency or high-ticket consultative services — PR firms, branding agencies, marketing agencies, legal/immigration, executive coaching, premium B2B services, or similar.
- Experience selling to founders, executives, creators, and professional audiences — including NRIs, US-based Indians, and international markets.
- Deep understanding of lead-gen funnels for considered purchases: cold traffic → lead magnet → consultation booking → sales call, with a focus on lead quality and pipeline economics, not just CPL.
- Ability to run multiple offers in parallel — PR retainers, social media management packages, personal branding programs, and EB-1A/O-1 petition services — each with its own audience, creative angle, and funnel.
- Strong conversion tracking chops: GA4, Meta Pixel, CAPI, server-side tracking, UTM hygiene, and CRM attribution (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Systematic A/B testing across hooks, creatives, and audiences — especially around credibility, case studies, and founder/creator storytelling.
- Bonus: YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting funnels, geo-targeted campaigns across US, UK, Canada, UAE, and Southeast Asia, and familiarity with influencer/creator ad formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google Search, YouTube, Display, and LinkedIn — across all Upstage Media service lines.
- Build and optimize distinct funnels for each offer: PR retainers, social media management, personal branding programs, and EB-1A/O-1 petitions.
- Own full-funnel metrics by offer and geography: CPL, qualified lead rate, cost per consultation, ROAS, and blended CAC.
- Partner with our content, creative, and sales teams to develop ads rooted in real client wins, media features, brand transformations, and approved petitions.
- Run retargeting sequences across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to convert warm traffic from our content, GEO, and organic social presence.
- Deliver weekly performance reports with clear insights, hypotheses, and next-test priorities.
- Stay ahead of platform changes — iOS privacy updates, Meta algorithm shifts, Google's AI-driven campaign types, and emerging channels.
