Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Face-to-Face Fundraiser, located in New Delhi. The fundraiser will engage with potential donors in public spaces, effectively communicating the mission and projects of the organization to inspire and secure financial support. Responsibilities include participating in outreach campaigns, maintaining accurate records of donor contributions, and meeting individual and team fundraising goals. The role will require active collaboration with the fundraising team to ensure impactful and meaningful donor interactions while adhering to ethical fundraising practices.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse groups of people
- Persuasiveness, enthusiasm, and confidence in conveying the mission and goals of the organization
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting fundraising targets and ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Team collaboration and adaptability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience in fundraising, sales, or public outreach is advantageous but not mandatory
- Passion for social causes and a strong commitment to making a positive impact on children’s lives
