Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Chennai/Hyderabad/Bangalore for a Face-To-Face Fund Raiser. The primary responsibilities include engaging potential donors in face-to-face interactions and effectively communicating CBM India's mission and initiatives. The role entails building positive relationships with supporters, achieving fundraising targets, maintaining donor records, and participating in team activities to support campaign goals. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Sales aptitude, persuasive skills, and a results-oriented mindset to meet and exceed fundraising targets.
• Prior experience in fundraising, sales, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Commitment to CBM India's values and passion for advocating the rights of persons with disabilities.
• Organisational skills to manage donor interactions and maintain accurate records.
• English and local language proficiency to effectively communicate with a diverse audience.
