Aptitude Trainer

Responsibilities of the Candidate: Conduct comprehensive aptitude training sessions covering quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. Develop and update training materials, including presentations, practice questions, and assessments. Assess student performance, provide feedback, and offer guidance to improve their skills. Create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation. Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and syllabus changes. Requirements: Strong command of aptitude concepts (Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability). Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely. Experience in creating and delivering effective training sessions. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to motivate and inspire students.
