Duties & Responsibilities:

• Serves as a Greeter, Floater, or Redemption employee as scheduled.
  • Greeter:
• Jumps into action as the Chief Greeter, welcoming each Guest with a burst of enthusiasm as they step through the door.
• Dives deep into the realm of specials and experiences, painting a vivid picture of the excitement that awaits.
• Swoops in as the Kiosk Wizard, guiding Guests through the digital landscape with finesse and flair!
  • Floater:
    • Embarks on a quest across the game floor, vanquishing any potential Guest issues with a swift stride and a ready smile.
    • Boldly ventures forth to engage Guests on the game floor, spreading joy and excitement with every step.

  • Redemption:
    • Expertly juggles cards, cash, and a touch of magic, ensuring every transaction is a seamless journey into fun.
    • Guides Guests through a treasure trove of prize possibilities, making every selection a moment of joyous discovery.
    • Crafts a redemption realm worthy of a royal arcade, where order reigns supreme and visual delights await around every corner.
  • Whisks away dust dragons and tames clutter chaos, transforming the arcade into a sparkling haven of fun.
  • Embraces versatility like a true arcade adventurer, tackling any task that comes their way with gusto and grace.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 16 years of age.
• Able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays
• Able to tolerate a fast-paced, hectic environment
• Able to lift 20 pounds
