Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day business management activities, ensuring smooth operation across departments.
• Support the company secretary in maintaining corporate governance records and compliance documentation.
• Prepare and update investor decks, presentations, and other communications for stakeholders.
• Assist in strategy development and objectives setting, aligning team efforts with overall company goals.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of PowerPoint presentations for internal and external purposes.
• Help organize meetings, events, and administrative processes to ensure operational efficiency.
• Provide support for HR, finance, and operational projects as needed.
• Conduct research and gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
• Support the management team in preparing reports, analysing data, and tracking performance metrics.
• Help manage company-wide communications and documentation.
• Other administrative tasks as needed, including filing, documentation, and handling correspondence.
