Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Facade Structural Engineer, located on-site in Ottappalam. The successful candidate will design, analyze, and evaluate structural systems for building facades, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards. Responsibilities include performing structural calculations, optimizing material usage, collaborating with architects and contractors, and preparing technical reports. Effective coordination with cross-functional teams and maintaining project timelines are essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in structural design, analysis, and calculation methods
- Familiarity with construction materials and facade engineering principles
- Experience using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or related tools
- Strong project management and collaborative skills for working with architects, clients, and contractors
- Attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and excellent organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in facade design or structural engineering is preferred
- Knowledge of local building codes and standards
