Role Description The Facade QA/QC role is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. The role involves monitoring and inspecting façade works at project sites to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and technical documentation, preparing inspection reports, and maintaining records of tests and checks performed on materials and installations. The role also requires coordinating with project managers, design teams, contractors, and vendors to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement in façade construction processes. The Facade QA/QC professional will participate in site meetings, verify adherence to approved procedures, and help ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance for façade construction and installation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management and Quality Auditing to maintain and improve project quality systems.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or similar standards relevant to material sourcing and fabrication quality.
- Strong understanding of façade systems, materials (glass, aluminum, cladding), and installation techniques.
- Experience in construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in façade or building envelope works.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and codes, with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional site and office teams.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in QA/QC are an advantage.
