Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Facade Installation Specialist. The Facade Installation Specialist will be responsible for managing the installation process, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and upholding safety and quality standards. Additional responsibilities include interpreting and implementing technical drawings, coordinating with various stakeholders, and providing solutions for technical challenges during the installation process. The role also involves conducting site inspections, supervising installation activities, and ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
Qualifications
- Technical knowledge in facade installation, construction methodologies, and understanding of structural drawings.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to building and construction practices.
- Problem-solving skills for addressing technical challenges and implementing on-site solutions.
- Professional communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with clients and other stakeholders.
- Physical ability to handle on-site work and conduct inspections when required.
- Experience in facade projects or a related field is preferred. A technical diploma, degree, or relevant certification is a strong advantage.
