Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane for a Facade Estimation and Analysis professional. In this role, you will be responsible for estimating project costs, analyzing project feasibility, conducting market research, performing financial assessments, and providing detailed reports. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of facade designs and cost analyses while contributing to strategic decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, perform cost estimations, and assess project viability
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication for effective collaboration and reporting
• Experience with market research and the ability to gather and analyze competitive intelligence
• Understanding of financial principles and ability to perform financial modeling and budget analysis
• Ability to conduct thorough research to ensure data-driven solutions for facade projects
• Proficient with relevant software tools such as Excel, AutoCAD, or similar applications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with facade systems, materials, and sustainable practices is advantageous
