Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facade Engineer located in Gurugram. The Facade Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing building envelopes and facade systems. Day-to-day tasks include creating innovative facade solutions, performing structural assessments, collaborating with architects and other engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with building physics principles and safety standards. The role also involves supporting project delivery schedules and addressing client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Envelope and Facade Design principles, including materials and system integration
• Strong expertise in Structural Engineering with an emphasis on facade systems
• Knowledge and application of Building Physics, including thermal, acoustic, and environmental performance of facades
• Ability to collaborate in cross-disciplinary teams, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficient in the use of design and analysis software relevant to facade engineering
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in facade engineering or building envelope projects is advantageous
• Strong understanding of construction processes and local building regulations
