Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Billing Engineer based in Gurugram. The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing and managing project bills, verifying project costs, and coordinating with project teams regarding updates to budgets and billing data. The role also requires ensuring compliance with contracts, monitoring project progress to align costs, and maintaining accurate records of all billing activities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Building Envelope, Facade Design, and Facade system components
• Understanding of Structural Engineering principles and their application in construction projects
• Knowledge of Building Physics as it relates to energy efficiency, material behavior, and environmental impact
• Proficiency in preparing and managing project-related documents, cost projections, and invoices
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficient in relevant software tools commonly used in construction billing and management
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
• Prior experience in construction projects, specifically in handling billing-related tasks, is highly desirable
