Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru East for a Facade Designer/Estimator. The individual will be responsible for designing facade systems and preparing accurate cost estimates. Key responsibilities include creating project designs and technical drawings, analyzing project requirements, specifying materials, calculating costs, and ensuring compliance with established standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining clear communication with clients will also be critical in the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and related drafting tools
- Experience with material selection, cost estimation, and project evaluation
- Strong understanding of facade systems, construction processes, and building regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Experience in the facade or construction industry is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and client management skills
