Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Façade Designer, located in Mumbai. The Façade Designer will be responsible for developing and preparing shop drawings, creating detailed façade designs, and contributing to projects involving cladding and glazing systems. Daily tasks include collaborating with project teams, executing design strategies, and ensuring technical compliance with project requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Shop Drawings, with the ability to prepare and interpret detailed technical drawings
- Expertise in Façade Design with a strong understanding of systems and structures
- Experience in Cladding and Glazing systems for high-quality architectural projects
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in design software and tools, such as AutoCAD or similar applications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in façade or construction projects is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and the ability to meet project deadlines effectively
