Role Description:
We are looking for a skilled and details-oriented Facade BIM modeller to create accurate 3D BIM models for facade systems using Revit. You will work closely with our design and engineering team to deliver coordinated and constructible models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models of facade systems in Revit.
- Prepare shop drawings, BOQ, ,material take-offs and documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, architectural and MEP models.
- Clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Ensure model accuracy, LOD standards and project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in BIM Modelling for facade projects.
- Proficiency in Revit(Mandatory).
- Good knowledge on in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Understanding of facade systems construction drawings.
- Strong attention to details and details to work in a team.
