Role Description
The role of a Fabricator at Eff n’ Bee Hospitality is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The Fabricator will be responsible for assembling components to create finished products, reading and interpreting blueprints or designs, operating machinery and tools, and ensuring quality control throughout the fabrication process. The role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with the production team to meet project timelines while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment for machining, cutting, and assembling materials.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure precision and high-quality work.
- Ability to adhere to safety standards and workplace procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Experience in welding, metalworking, or similar industries is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet production deadlines.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
