RECRUITMENT – INDUSTRIAL MANPOWER
AKEN invites applications from experienced and skilled manpower for ongoing industrial fabrication, erection, maintenance, and engineering works at our project location in Hirakud, Sambalpur, Odisha.

POSITIONS & REMUNERATION
Position Monthly Salary
Welder ₹13,000 – ₹18,000
Gas Cutter ₹13,000 – ₹18,000
Fitter ₹14,000 – ₹19,000
Rigge r₹12,000 – ₹14,000
Salary will be offered based on relevant experience, technical skills, and practical competency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Welder
- Execute welding activities for structural and industrial fabrication works.
- Perform welding as per drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
- Maintain weld quality, dimensional accuracy, and proper housekeeping.
- Follow approved safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Gas Cutter
- Carry out gas cutting of structural steel and industrial components as per approved markings.
- Operate cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure accurate cutting and proper handling of materials.
- Comply with hot-work permit and safety requirements.
Fitter
- Perform fitting, fabrication, assembly, alignment, drilling, grinding, and erection activities.
- Interpret basic fabrication drawings and measurements.
- Ensure proper alignment and dimensional accuracy.
- Execute work in accordance with quality and safety requirements.
Rigger
- Perform safe rigging, slinging, shifting, loading, unloading, and positioning of materials.
- Select and use appropriate lifting accessories as instructed.
- Assist during crane and material-handling operations.
- Strictly follow approved lifting and site safety procedures.
