Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Fabrication Supervisor located in Anand. The Fabrication Supervisor will oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring that projects meet quality standards and are completed on schedule. Responsibilities include supervising fabrication processes, maintaining quality control standards, coordinating production schedules, training team members, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Expertise in Quality Control and attention to detail to ensure adherence to specifications and standards
- Experience in Production Planning and scheduling to ensure efficiency and timely project completion
- Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Welding and fabrication techniques
- Strong ability to provide effective Training to team members to enhance skills and ensure operational excellence
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining safety protocols on the shop floor
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with industrial equipment or process manufacturing industries is an advantage
