Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal for a Fabrication Supervisor. The Fabrication Supervisor will manage day-to-day operations on the shop floor, oversee the manufacturing process, and ensure compliance with quality standards. The role will involve planning and monitoring production schedules, supervising welding and fabrication activities, implementing quality control measures, and training workers to improve operational efficiency. The Supervisor will coordinate with teams to meet project deadlines while maintaining high safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Experience in Quality Control processes to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Proficiency in Production Planning to optimize workflows and meet project deadlines.
- Hands-on expertise in Welding and associated fabrication processes.
- Capability to provide Training and mentoring to floor staff to enhance skill levels and productivity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in an on-site industrial environment and meet physical requirements of the role.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
