Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Fabrication Supervisor. The Fabrication Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, manage and assign tasks to the fabrication team, and ensure adherence to quality standards. The role involves planning and coordinating production schedules, conducting employee training, and supervising welding activities to ensure timely project completion. The individual will also play a pivotal role in quality control and maintaining operational efficiency on the shop floor.
Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and task delegation
- Experience in Quality Control and ensuring compliance with company standards
- Knowledge of Production Planning and the ability to manage schedules effectively
- Expertise in Welding processes and techniques
- Capability to provide Training and skills development for team members
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the food equipment manufacturing industry is a plus
