Role Description
The Fabrication Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role located in Mundra. The selected candidate will oversee daily fabrication activities, manage production planning, ensure quality control, supervise welding tasks, and provide guidance and training to team members. This role requires strong leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality while maintaining project timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and task coordination
- Experience with Quality Control and ensuring adherence to industry standards
- Proficiency in Production Planning and scheduling for efficient workflow
- Hands-on expertise in Welding techniques and practices
- Ability to provide effective Training and mentorship to team members
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role within the fabrication or manufacturing industry
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to dynamic work environments
