Role Description The Fabrication Manager will oversee the end-to-end fabrication process for parking infrastructure systems, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves planning and managing fabrication schedules, coordinating with design, engineering, and installation teams, and optimizing resource use across the workshop. The manager will supervise fabrication staff, monitor welding and assembly activities, and implement quality control checks at each stage of production. Daily responsibilities include reviewing technical drawings, resolving production issues, maintaining equipment, and enforcing workplace safety and compliance. The role also includes continuous process improvement, documentation of production metrics, and close collaboration with management to align fabrication output with project timelines and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead fabrication teams, allocate tasks, and manage performance on the shop floor.
- Candidates should possess solid Production Management and Operations Management skills to plan workflows, control throughput, and ensure timely completion of fabrication projects.
- Candidates should possess rigorous Quality Control skills to inspect fabricated components, verify compliance with standards, and implement corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess practical Welding skills and familiarity with fabrication tools, materials, and techniques relevant to steel structures and mechanical systems.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field; experience in fabrication for infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects is highly beneficial.
- Additional beneficial skills include knowledge of safety regulations, ability to read and interpret technical drawings, proficiency in basic production reporting, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
