Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fabrication Manager located in Meerut. The Fabrication Manager will oversee production and operations, manage the fabrication team, ensure excellent quality control, and coordinate manufacturing processes such as welding, metal casting, and finishing. The role requires hands-on involvement in supervising daily activities, streamlining workflows, and maintaining adherence to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and oversee the fabrication team effectively
- Proficiency in Quality Control and adherence to workplace safety standards
- Experience in Production Management and Operations Management to streamline manufacturing processes
- Hands-on expertise in Welding and related fabrication processes
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Prior experience in the sports equipment manufacturing or fabrication industry is an added advantage
