Job Description
We are looking for a practical, hands-on Fabrication & Maintenance Technician to build, install, maintain, and repair custom arenas, event structures, robotics equipment, and mechanical systems. The role involves working with mild steel (MS), plywood, acrylic, fiberglass, aluminum, and other fabrication materials, as well as assembling and maintaining RC cars, robots, drones, and related equipment. Complete training will be provided.
Salary: ₹14,000/month + ₹2,000 Attendance Bonus (Performance & Attendance Based)
Requirements
- ITI (Fitter, Welder, Electrician, Mechanic, Fabricator) or Diploma preferred.
- Basic knowledge of fabrication, welding, carpentry, mechanical work, or maintenance.
- Willingness to learn robotics, RC vehicles, and drone maintenance.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift materials and travel for installations.
- Problem-solving mindset and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional night shifts.
