Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Fabrication Manager based in Faridabad. The Fabrication Manager will oversee production processes, manage operations on the shop floor, and ensure quality control throughout all manufacturing stages. Responsibilities include leading welding and assembly activities, supervising teams, monitoring production schedules, and analyzing performance metrics. The manager must ensure compliance with safety protocols while coordinating with other departments to optimize workflow and exceed production objectives.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of engineering drawings of heavy fabricated structures and automobile components.
- Must have knowledge of Autocad software to make DXF files.
- Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to effectively lead and manage teams in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in Quality Control to maintain high standards and identify areas for continuous improvement
- Expertise in Production Management and Operations Management to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery
- Proficiency in Welding techniques and procedures, with knowledge of fabrication processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a results-driven, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in manufacturing settings
- Engineering degree or diploma in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in metal fabrication or CNC machining is highly desirable
