Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gondal for a Fabrication Engineer. The Fabrication Engineer will oversee the design, construction, and assembly of components and structures using manufacturing techniques such as welding and machining. They will ensure quality control, monitor production processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, to ensure timely delivery of projects. The role requires supervising and providing technical support during the fabrication stages and ensuring all work adheres to industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control practices and processes to ensure the highest standard of product output
- Hands-on skills in Welding and Machining for fabricating and assembling components
- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience in Project Management to coordinate tasks, schedule activities, and manage resources
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and leadership capabilities for collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Prior experience in fabrication or manufacturing industries is preferred
