About the Role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Content Writer who understands the art and science of social media growth — especially on LinkedIn. You will develop and execute content strategies, craft engaging content, analyze performance insights, and drive community interaction to enhance brand visibility and support lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content calendar for the company page and founder branding, aligned with business goals
• Write high-quality hooks, long-form posts, carousels, and social updates that drive engagement
• Monitor performance metrics (impressions, engagement rate, click-through rate) and optimize based on insights
• Manage comments and engage with relevant creators to build authority and expand reach.
• Collaborate closely with founders to translate ideas into impactful digital content

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 7 years in professional content writing
• Strong understanding of social media content strategy and growth tactics
• Ability to analyze and interpret social media performance metrics
• Hands-on experience with visual design tools such as Canva or Figma
