Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fabric Manager located in Jaipur. The Fabric Manager will oversee the procurement of materials, ensuring quality control standards are maintained throughout the process. Key responsibilities include supplier negotiations, managing textile procurement, supervising a team, and ensuring production needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will implement strategies to enhance operational performance while building long-term supplier relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Control and a strong attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards in fabrics.
- Expertise in Procurement and Negotiation to source materials effectively and maintain cost efficiency.
- Proven Team Management experience to lead and coordinate teams in a professional setting.
- In-depth knowledge of Textiles, including fabric types, properties, and market trends.
- Strong organizational, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior industry experience in textiles or garment manufacturing is a significant advantage.
