About the role

We are seeking a Product Support Representative to help us handle tickets via Freshdesk and email. You will have multiple scenarios and test cases to solve which will keep you engaged and challenged. On a typical day as a Product Support Representative, you will: Resolve tickets from end-users Decide responses to user issues based on specifications and templates Maximize the First Contact Resolution rate by understanding each problem and resolving it using our tools and processes Communicate with end-users in a friendly and effective way to deliver a high-quality and positive experience Gain an in-depth understanding of how the F6S site works to provide awesome support to end-users Ideal work schedule 10 AM - 7 PM UK time (with 1 hour break). Desired profile At least 3 years of experience in Product/Customer Support in a product-based company Experience working with Freshdesk/Zendesk, or other ticketing systems Recent experience in a high-volume, low-value user interaction environment Experience in website troubleshooting/resolving issues Basic understanding of web applications The ability to handle a large volume of tickets daily Excellent verbal and written English Team-player Perks Competitive salary with significant proven commission and bonus earnings structure Flexible working hours Competitive vacation days Fun and rewarding environment with skill and career progression Birthday gifts :)
