We’re Hiring | Join the Opening Team of GONG at Vasant Kunj, New Delhi
Speciality Restaurants Limited is preparing to launch its upcoming GONG restaurant at Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, and we are looking for enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join our opening team.
Positions available:
🔹 Captains
Responsible for managing assigned sections, taking guest orders, recommending menu items, coordinating with the kitchen and ensuring a smooth and memorable dining experience.
🔹 Stewards / Guest Service Associates
Responsible for welcoming and serving guests, maintaining service standards, assisting with table setup and ensuring prompt and courteous service.
🔹 Bartenders / Barmen
Responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining the bar area, managing stock and delivering an engaging guest experience.
Candidate requirements:
• Relevant experience in a reputed restaurant, hotel, café or bar
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong guest-service orientation
• Well-groomed, energetic and confident personality
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Candidates available to join at short notice will be preferred
