Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, service-oriented, and well-groomed F&B Steward to join our Japanese restaurant at Della Resorts. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive, personalized service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, hygiene, and operational excellence. A basic understanding of Japanese cuisine and dining etiquette will be an added advantage.
Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus and explain Japanese dishes, sushi, sashimi, beverages, and daily specials.
Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
Serve food and beverages according to fine dining and Japanese service standards.
Ensure timely clearing, resetting, and preparation of tables.
Handle guest requests, allergies, and special dietary requirements professionally.
Build strong guest relationships and ensure memorable dining experiences.
Job Expectations
Support colleagues during busy service periods.
Participate in training sessions and continuously improve product knowledge.
Work closely with the restaurant team to achieve guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualification
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management preferred.
