Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an F&B Steward located in Bengaluru. The F&B Steward will ensure smooth day-to-day operations of food and beverage service, including setting up tables, serving food and drinks, attending to guests' needs, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas. Liaising with the kitchen staff, assisting with staff training, and delivering an exceptional customer service experience will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and enhance their experience
- Hands-on knowledge of Food & Beverage services, including serving techniques and dining etiquette
- Experience in Food Service operations, with the ability to maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
- Ability to support and conduct Training to ensure consistent service standards among team members
- Attention to detail, a team-oriented mindset, and the flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; professional certifications in food service or hospitality are a plus
