Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for an F&B Senior Executive. The role includes overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring top-tier quality and hygiene standards, managing a team of staff, and maintaining excellent customer service. Additionally, the F&B Senior Executive will handle inventory control, vendor coordination, and operational efficiency to meet client satisfaction and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in food and beverage operations, service management, and team leadership
- Knowledge of food safety, quality control, and hygiene standards
- Inventory management, vendor relations, and cost control skills
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage on-site operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in the food services or hospitality industry is an advantage
