Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an Assistant Professor in the Food & Beverage Services (F&B) department. The role involves teaching F&B-related courses, preparing and delivering lectures, supporting curriculum development, mentoring students, and facilitating practical training. Additional responsibilities may include engaging in research activities, fostering partnerships with industry stakeholders, and participating in university events and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Food Preparation, Food Service, and Food & Beverage operations
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in the F&B or hospitality sector is preferred
• Ability to deliver effective remote instruction and support
• Master's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or Food & Beverage Studies)
• Previous industry experience and exposure to skill development programs are advantageous
