Job Summary
The F&B Service Executive is responsible for delivering courteous, efficient, and professional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction while maintaining service standards, hygiene, and brand values of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and present menus in a professional manner.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen/bar.
Serve food and beverages as per prescribed service standards and sequence.
Ensure tables, service stations, and dining areas are clean, well-set, and presentable at all times.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
Handle billing procedures accurately and ensure proper settlement of guest checks.
Coordinate effectively with kitchen, bar, and other service staff for smooth operations.
Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards as per company and statutory guidelines.
Assist in mise-en-place, side duties, opening, and closing procedures of the outlet.
Support upselling of menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue.
Handle additional responsibilities as directed by the Manager from time to time.
Adhere to and implement all company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
Serve as a brand ambassador by ensuring consistent brand representation, grooming standards, and service excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or relevant qualification preferred.
Prior experience in F&B service will be an added advantage (freshers may also apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with a positive and professional demeanor.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Team player with the ability to perform under pressure.
