Role Description
The F&B Service - Captain and Server role at Akio Coffee Roasters is a full-time, on-site position located in Dehradun. The role involves assisting with food and beverage service, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and maintaining a welcoming café environment. Responsibilities include preparing and serving coffee, taking customer orders, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and supporting day-to-day café operations. Successful candidates will play an integral part in creating a positive and efficient service atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
- Knowledge of basic Culinary Skills and coffee preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and procedures
- Passion for coffee and hospitality is highly desirable
- Previous experience in a café or food service setting is a plus
