Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Trivandrum for an F&B Service Associate. The F&B Service Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by attending to guests, taking orders, and ensuring seamless coordination with the kitchen and other departments. Duties will include maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the service area, adhering to service standards, and addressing guest concerns to enhance their dining experience. The role requires working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to provide an unmatched level of hospitality.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills for building rapport and effectively interacting with guests and team members.
- Customer Service expertise to ensure guest satisfaction and anticipate their needs.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address service issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Basic understanding of Finance and cash handling processes relevant to the role.
- Attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
- Previous experience in food and beverage service, hotel management, or hospitality is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or related fields are advantageous.
