Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food & Beverage Senior Captain based in Siliguri. The role involves overseeing food service operations, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include training and supervising staff, ensuring seamless service execution, and resolving customer inquiries or concerns. The Senior Captain will work collaboratively within the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and coordinate team members
- In-depth understanding of Service Standards and Food Service to uphold the highest quality and operational efficiency
- Proven expertise in Customer Service to deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt to dynamic demands
- Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality management is a strong advantage
