Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an experienced F&B Sales Manager. The F&B Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the hotel's food and beverage outlets. Duties will include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, managing budgets, coordinating promotional events, and collaborating with the culinary and operations teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in F&B or hospitality sales
• Knowledge of market analysis, strategic planning, and revenue management
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in planning and executing promotional campaigns and events
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools is an advantage
• Ability to lead a team, coordinate with cross-functional departments, and work under pressure
• A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry will be highly regarded
