Talasha has been mandated to hire a F&B Sales Manager for a highly-rated catering company based out of Bangalore, famous for catering luxury weddings, corporate events, and high-profile gatherings
Responsibilities -
- Work with the leadership team to achieve sales targets for the catering business
- Drive the inbound leads to conversion by undertaking a consultative form of sales & building confidence in the offerings
- Maximize F&B revenue through each upselling & cross selling opportunities
- Attend industry summits & conferences and represent the team at events
- Act as a point of contact for the client & liase between the client & internal operations team
- Provide after-sales service and in particular, ensure that all client escalations are resolved and discussed with the respective departments if necessary.
- Maintain records on former, existing & potential F&B clients & leverage opportunities to extent catering services to them
- Undertake competition analysis and stay abreast on market trends & opportunities
- Own the payment followups & ensure paybales are collected on a timely basis
- Maintain sales records and share periodic reports with the leadership
Good to Have-
*Experience in consultative form of sales
*Experience in sales of luxury services to D2C clients, specially from hospitality of food & beverage industry is preferred
*Strong communication skills
CTC - Upto Rs.9 lakhs per annum + performance bonus
