Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site F&B Purchasing Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing the procurement of quality food and beverage supplies, maintaining vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing inventory levels to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with budgets, track market trends, and collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to maintain consistent quality. You will play a pivotal role in supply chain optimization while ensuring the use of premium ingredients in alignment with our brand values.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in purchasing and procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation
- Knowledge of F&B supply chain, including inventory management and cost control
- Strong analytical and organizational skills for market trend analysis and budget adherence
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effectively liaising with vendors and team members
- Previous experience in the food and beverage or retail industry preferred
- Understanding of food safety standards and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is desirable
