Role Description
We are seeking a full-time F&B Manager to join our team in Delhi for an on-site role. The F&B Manager will oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality customer service and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include managing food service, training team members, creating and optimizing budgets, and maintaining an exceptional experience for guests. Frequent travelling to other cities is also required.
CTC: 5-6 LPA
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
- Strong Customer Service skills to provide excellent guest experiences
- Experience in Training and developing team members
- Knowledge of cost optimization
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Attention to detail and high level of professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Work experience in F&B operations or hospitality is highly desirable
- Open to travelling to other cities (5-7 days every month)
