Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food & Beverage (F&B) Executive based in Bengaluru. The F&B Executive will be responsible for coordinating daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining inventory and cost control measures, and supervising the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role also includes addressing customer feedback, adhering to regulatory compliance standards, and collaborating with other departments to optimize operations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage Operations, Inventory Management, and Cost Control
- Exceptional Customer Relationship Management and Communication Skills
- Proficiency in Staff Supervision, Leadership, and Team Management
- Understanding of Health, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance in the F&B sector
- Excellent Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills
- Experience in Menu Planning and Customizing Guest Experiences is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
