Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Executive in the IT industry. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all food and beverage initiatives for our organization. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a seamless dining experience that aligns with our company culture and enhances employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive food and beverage strategy that supports the objectives of our organization.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage facilities, including cafeterias, pantry areas, and vending services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their specific requirements and preferences regarding food and beverage offerings.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of food and beverage by establishing standards, conducting regular audits, and providing feedback for improvement.
- Oversee vendor management, including selection, negotiation, and contract management with suppliers, caterers, and food service providers.
- Coordinate and execute special events, such as team lunches, company-wide celebrations, and conferences, ensuring a high level of service and attention to detail.
- Manage the budget for food and beverage services, including cost control, forecasting, and expense tracking.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and innovative solutions to enhance the overall dining experience for employees.
- Implement and maintain health and safety regulations, food handling procedures, and sanitation standards to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with employees, actively seeking feedback and addressing any concerns or issues related to food and beverage services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working in food and beverage management, ideally within the IT industry or a similar corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, menu planning, and kitchen management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Customer service-oriented mindset, ensuring a positive dining experience for employees.
