JOB PURPOSE: To provide excellent service to patrons so that their experience will be worth remembering.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Team Member gives each guest a personal recognition. This could be in a form of memorizing names of the customers or addressing them with the correct salutations, such as "Miss", "Sir", and Ma'am".
- TM escorts VIPs and other affluent peoples to cafe area on their arrival.
- They attend promptly to customers queries and assist them with their needs.
- Are required to serve customers as per their order.
- They have to take care of the billing as well.
Qualifications
EDUCATION: Degree Or Diploma in Hotel Management/ 12th Passed
EXPERIENCE: Fresher, if having Degree or Diploma/ Minimum 6 months Experience in relevant industry
