Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based at The Leela Ashtamudi in Kollam for a Food & Beverage (F&B) Executive. The F&B Executive will oversee daily operations within the food and beverage department, ensuring outstanding service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and implementing innovative dining experiences to enhance guest satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in team management, staff training, and operational supervision in a food and beverage setting
- Knowledge of food safety standards, menu planning, and hospitality best practices
- Customer service orientation with strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships effectively
- Relevant experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with regional dining preferences and luxury hospitality standards in Kerala is a plus
