Job Summary
The FB Executive is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the Food Beverage department, ensuring excellent guest service, high-quality food and beverage standards, and efficient operations. This role plays a key part in coordinating between kitchen, service, and management teams to ensure smooth and effective FB service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of cafe
- Assist in staff training, supervision, and scheduling to ensure efficient service.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all FB areas.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support promotional and marketing activities for FB offerings.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure menu consistency and timely service.
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements for service and menu offerings.
- Generate reports related to sales, expenses, and customer satisfaction for management.
Qualifications Skills
- Bachelors degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in FB or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of FB operations, including service standards and food safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in POS systems and basic MS Office tools.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant environment.
- Exposure to banquet or event operations is a plus.
- Basic understanding of cost control and budgeting.
