Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Food and Beverage role based in Leh. The primary responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, managing daily operations, assisting in food and beverage preparation, and ensuring the café maintains its high standard of cleanliness and organization. The role also involves maintaining inventory, coordinating with team members, and adhering to all safety and health regulations.

Qualifications
- Experience in food and beverage preparation and service
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
