Job Description – F&A Solutioning Manager (Stakeholder Management, Transition, PMO, Delivery)
· Understand the feasible study about transition projects from global / agency offices to GCC.
· Good understanding of F&A preferably R2R process stability and process improvements
· Work in bridging good relationship between GCC Delivery teams, Agency Finance, RO, HO etc
· Work closely with internal teams to groom them with full ownership on their activities performed
· improvements /changes in order to improve effectiveness
· To take all relevant actions and decisions towards GCC GL/AP/AR/Cost Control/Bank aged items.
· Analyse KPIs and requests sent by Agency Finance Team
· Organise internal delivery and transition meetings
· Good experience in stakeholders management
· Proven experience in transition
· Develop a transformation roadmap that integrates strategic priorities, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
· Act as a thought leader in transition and transformation, continuously innovating and refining processes and methodologies to deliver impactful results.
· Collaborate closely with senior leadership to provide direction and drive the transformation agenda across the organization.
· Produce Financial statement appendices
· Supervise statutory audits in GCC with the Internal Audit Team
· Ensure direct contact with stakeholders
· Ensure, under its control, that teams have a direct contact with customers, suppliers and internal group stakeholders
· Lead first level discussions for any discrepancy or dispute with Customers and Suppliers
· 100% adherence and compliance for ISO/ISMS standards
· Review of agency score card and identify areas of improvement
· Support FPM team to implement the standardisation initiatives for the respective agencies/clusters in scope
· Works collaboratively with the offsite locations & regional offices to anticipate and understand
· Customer expectations and satisfaction levels and translate that knowledge into process.
