Key Responsibilities
KYC Review & Verification:
Review customer documents (ID, proof of address, etc.) to verify their identity and ensure they meet internal and external regulatory requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate document processing to maintain a smooth onboarding experience for customers.
Partner Communication:
Liaise with disbursement partners to share necessary information on verified customers.
Provide regular updates and ensure all compliance documentation is accurately transferred.
Compliance Support:
Stay up to date with KYC and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
Report and escalate any discrepancies or issues in customer documentation to the specialized compliance team.
Data Maintenance:
Ensure all compliance records are accurately maintained in our systems, following internal indexing and archiving procedures
Assist in auditing compliance records periodically to ensure continued adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
Education: Graduate from any Business Major
Fluent in English (oral & written)
Have knowledge or experience of the remittance industry and customer support roles
Experience with G Suite products
Open to working on weekends
Good communication skills
Friendly and outgoing personality
Willingness to learn and adapt to various schedules
Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Open to working on several weekends
